Priority Mail - for shipping to a PO Box or a military address
If you are shipping to a PO Box or a military address ( APO
or FPO ), we must ship your order using the US Postal Service. Priority
Mail is a non-guaranteed method of shipping. Made In Oregon
is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or otherwise missing.
Please note that we cannot send Wine & Alcohol via Priority Mail. Priority Mail packages are normally
delivered within 3 to 5 days. However, please allow up to 2 weeks
for delivery.
Canada-Air Parcel Post
For Canadian orders, we ship by US Postal Service (Air Parcel Post).
Please use Ground rates and add an additional $25.00. Unfortunately,
due to regulations, we are unable to ship wine and
alcohol, cheese, sausage, chocolate, unprocessed nuts to Canada. Please call us at 503-273-8719 or 1-866-257-0938 before
you place the order as they are treated on case by case basis. Made In Oregon is not responsible
for any additional customs or import fees associated with your order. If
you are concerned about such fees, please contact your local customs
office.
International Shipping
Made In Oregon is happy to ship your international packages. Unfortunately,
different regulations may apply to your destination country, please call us regarding any International Shipments at 503-273-8719 or 1-866-257-0938 as they
are treated on case by case basis. We are unable to ship salmon, wine and alcohol, cheese, sausage, chocolates, unprocessed nuts, or beef jerky to most of the countries internationally. Made In Oregon is also not responsible
for any additional customs or import fees associated with your order. If
you are concerned about such fees, please contact your local customs
office.
Holiday Shipping
Made In Oregon makes every effort to deliver your holiday orders on
time and accurately. Please be aware that as we get closer to Christmas,
shipping delays may occur. If you have any concerns about the delivery
of your package, please contact us.
For products directly ship by vendor, please note that the
cut off dates will be TWO days earlier than the normal cut off
dates below.

Perishables
Between May 15 to Oct 15, all perishable
products(e.g. Cheese, Chocolates, chocolate-covered items, Sausages,
fresh meat and fresh fruit) will be AUTOMATICALLY sent and charged
by EXPRESS Shipping WITH COLD PACK. We always
recommend EXPRESS SHIPPING for perishables delivery to warm weather
regions (temperature over 70F) to ensure their freshness. If
COLD-PACK is necessary, an additional $10.00 will be charged.

To ensure quality, we ship perishables on Monday, Tuesday and
Wednesday only. Orders received after 2PM Pacific Time on Wednesday
will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Wine & Alcohol
A signature from an adult over 21 years of age is required to receive
shipments containing wine. Three delivery attempts will be made.
Vintages may change based on availability. Additional Handling $4.00 required for each order containing WINE.
Charge will be added onto the shipping during Checkout.
Made In Oregon can ship wine to the following states: Alaska, California,
Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho,
Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New York,
New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon,
South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Wine cannot be shipped via the United States Postal Service -
Priority Mail or Canada Air Parcel Post.
Customer Service / Returns
Call Customer Service within seven (7) days of receiving your shipment
for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund excluding any shipping charges.
Shipping charges are refunded only if the fault is that of Made In
Oregon. Food and drink items cannot be returned. Please contact us
if you have any questions or concerns.
COLD PACK SHIPPING
Orders with Cold Pack shipping received after 2PM (Pacific
Time) Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
To ensure the quality and freshness of our products, it is highly
recommended that perishable products be shipping using a cold pack.
Perishable products include chocolate, cheeses, meats and gift
packs containing any of these items. Here are answers to common
questions:
What is a cold pack and why is it important?
Cold Packs keep your items cold during transit. These frozen gel
refrigerants are guaranteed to keep the temperature inside your
package down for 2 days while your perishable items are being
delivered.
What are your warm weather shipping recommendations?
If you send perishables to a warm climate region (temperature over
70F), please use Express shipping. Some areas at higher temperatures
may require using a Cold-Pack, the surcharge for the Cold Pack is
an additional $10.
Why is Express service required with Cold Packs?
Cold Packs are guaranteed to maintain a cool temperature for two days
only. Ground service from our warehouse in Oregon to addresses along
the East Coast may take up to 2 weeks and we cannot guarantee that
the cold pack will last that long.
Why do you only ship perishables on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
only?
To avoid having perishables sit in the shipping carrier's hubs during the weekend we limit
our shipping days to Monday through Wednesday for perishables.
