Rogue Creamery Cheese

Rogue Creamery has been hand-making cheese since 1935. They age their cheeses in a special cave for a minimum of 120 days. During this time the Oregonzola Cheese develops a sharp, tangy taste with fruit characteristics and pairs nicely with Syrah or Pinot Noir wines. The Smokey Blue Cheese is cold smoked for 16 hours over Pacific Northwest hazelnut shells. The flavor is a balance of sweet caramel and hazelnut. The Smokey Blue pairs well with Cabernet Franc and Zinfandel. Made in Central Point, Oregon.
