Tillamook Vintage White Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese (aged 2 years) is an extra-aged cheddar product without the added Annatto coloring, which leaves the cheese with its natural white milk color. This extra-aged cheddar product is aged longer than the yellow cheddar cheeses.

All are naturally aged and produced with milk from cows not supplemented with artificial growth hormones (rBST).
