The Wooden Nickel: Port Orford, Oregon

The Wooden Nickel, home of wonderful Myrtlewood designs and gifts, is located on the Oregon coast in Port Orford. Each bowl takes three months to create. Myrtlewood logs are kiln dried for 6–8 weeks, turned on a lathe, then sanded and finished by hand.
