Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout process.
Please Note: orders with multiple items receive substantial volume-shipping discounts, and total shipping charges are much lower than the sum of individual items.

Shipping costs and methods for your order are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your cart, and the shipping destination of your order. Also note that not all shipping methods are available for every order.

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, & APO/FPO Boxes must ship Express or Overnight.

International Shipping
Due to international customs restrictions, we cannot ship international orders through the website. To ship internationally, please contact customer service at (503) 273-8719 or (866) 257-0938 (8:00 – 17:00 PST, M-F), or email at CustomerService@MadeInOregon.com

Perishable Shipping During Warm Weather
To ensure quality and freshness (meat, cheese and chocolate) perishable products only ship either Express or Overnight during warm weather months. If shipping to either Oregon or Washington, Ground is available as transit time is only one (1) day.  

Alcohol Shipping
All orders containing alcohol require driver to obtain an adult (over 21 years old) signature for delivery. Packages cannot be left at the door. As a result, a flat $3.00 signature fee is calculated into the shipping cost of every order that contains alcohol. There is also a $0.05 fee per bottle.

Shipping Day
Shipping days start once your order has been processed and sent from our warehouse. If your order is received and processed after 10:30 AM PT, it will ship the next day. Ground Shipping orders should arrive in 4 to 6 business days. Express Shipping orders should arrive in 2 to 3 business days. Express shipping time estimates do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping times are accurately shown in both the shipping estimator and checkout process.

Holiday Shipping

Made In Oregon makes every effort to deliver your holiday orders on time and accurately. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your package, please contact us. For products directly shipped by the vendor, please note that the cut off dates will be two days earlier than the normal cut off dates below.

Free Express Upgrade

Oregon and Washington: After your Oregon and Washington destination orders have been placed we will automatically upgrade your order to Express. Does not include the following zip codes: 97901, 97902, 97904, 97906, 97910, and 97920.

Shipping Guarantee

Made in Oregon guarantees your package will arrive in perfect condition to the address stated on your order, if shipped according to Made in Oregon's shipping directives (see Perishables notice below). This excludes orders for which we are given incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipping time does not include the day the order was placed, or weekends and holidays.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our online inventory up to date, however, if an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you prior to shipping your order. In select cases, Made in Oregon reserves the right to make substitutions with products of equal or greater value in order to meet your ship date requirements. When your website order is placed, it is automatically processed so that our system can ship your order out as soon as possible; therefore a change of ship date may not be possible. Standard Ground Shipping

Most packages will arrive in 4 to 6 business days in the continental United States. Shipping time starts once your order has been processed and does not include weekends or holidays. This shipping method is not available for every destination. Shipping time is not guaranteed during the Holiday season (Dec 12 to Dec 26). Please read about Holiday shipping section in this page. Federal Express delivers ground orders Tuesday through Saturday.

  • Ground Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories and other countries.
  • Ground Shipping is not available for military addresses (APO and FPO).

Express Shipping

Express shipments will arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping time starts once your order has been processed and does not include weekends or holidays. Shipping time is not guaranteed during the Holiday season (Dec 12 to Dec 26). Please read about Holiday shipping section in this page. Federal Express delivers express orders Monday through Friday.

  • Express Shipping is available to US states including Alaska, Hawaii.

Priority Mail - for shipping to a military address

If you are shipping to a  military address (APO or FPO), we must ship your order using the US Postal Service. Priority Mail is a non-guaranteed method of shipping. Made in Oregon is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or otherwise missing. Please note that we cannot send Wine & Alcohol via Priority Mail. Priority Mail packages are normally delivered within 3 to 5 days. However, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Canadian Orders

For Canadian orders, we may ship by US Postal Service (Air Parcel Post) or FedEx service. Please use Express rates and add an additional $40.00. Unfortunately, due to regulations, we are unable to ship wine and alcohol, cheese, sausage, chocolate, unprocessed nuts to Canada. Please call us at 503-273-8719 or 1-866-257-0938 before you place the order, as they are treated on case by case basis. Made in Oregon is not responsible for any additional customs or import fees associated with your order. If you are concerned about such fees, please contact your local customs office.

International Shipping

Made in Oregon is happy to ship your international packages. Unfortunately, different regulations may apply to your destination country. Please call us regarding any International Shipments at 503-273-8719 or 1-866-257-0938 as they are treated on case by case basis. We are unable to ship salmon, wine and alcohol, cheese, sausage, chocolates, unprocessed nuts, or beef jerky to most of the countries internationally. Made in Oregon is not responsible for any additional customs or import fees associated with your order. If you are concerned about such fees, please contact your local customs office.
Please verify your shipping address. Once your package has left the USA we have no control over delivery. Made in Oregon is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or held in customs.

Perishables Shipping

We always recommend Next Day Shipping for perishables delivery to warm weather regions (temperature over 70F) to ensure their freshness.

To ensure quality, we ship perishables on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Orders received after 12:00 noon Pacific Time on Wednesday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Wine & Beer

A signature from an adult over 21 years of age is required to receive shipments containing wine or beer. Three delivery attempts will be made. Additional $3 handling fee required on each order containing Wine or Beer.  Signature charge will be added onto the shipping during Checkout. Wine vintages may change based on availability. 

Made In Oregon can ship wine and beer to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Wine and beer cannot be shipped via the United States Postal Service - Priority Mail. International wine and beer shipments are subject to the rules and regulation of each country and the carrier.

Wine and beer may freeze during ground transportation to the midwest and northeast states if the temperature is below 25F. Made In Oregon may not be able to send wine or beer to these states via standard ground service during November to February. We will contact customer for express shipping upgrade when necessary.

Customer Service/Returns

Call Customer Service within thirty (30) days of receiving your shipment for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund excluding any shipping charges. During holidays, returns will be accepted up to 14 days past the holiday date. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. Food and drink items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Perishables Shipping in Summer ( May 15 to Oct 15)

Between May 15 to Oct 15, all perishable products (e.g. cheese, chocolate, sausage and gift packs with these items) will be automatically ship with Next Day Air. To ensure freshness these items must be shipped Next Day Delivery Service.
Orders containing perishables received after 12:00 noon (Pacific Time) Thursday, will be shipped the following Monday.
Perishable products include chocolate, cheeses, meats and gift packs containing any of these items.

What are your perishable shipping recommendations?

If you send perishables to a warm climate region (temperature over 70F), please use Express Shipping. Some areas at higher temperatures may require using Next Day Delivery Service with Cold Pack.

Why do you only ship perishables on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only?

To avoid having perishables sit in the shipping carrier's hubs during the weekend we limit our shipping days to Monday through Wednesday (and Thursday during May 15 to Oct 15) for perishables.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you will be sent a shipment notification email. That email will contain a tracking number for your order. You can either click on the tracking number link to be taken directly to the FedEx website to track your order, or you can copy the tracking number and go directly to the FedEx website at www.fedex.com and enter the tracking number there to track your package.
