How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your package will arrive in 5-10 business days for standard shipping. If you choose Express as your shipping option, it will normally arrive in 3-5 business days. Shipping time does not include the day the order was placed or weekends and holidays. Please add extra time during the holiday season and other observed holidays.
Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box or a military address (APO or FPO)?
Absolutely! Your package will be shipped using US Postal Service. The law prohibits wine shipping to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. This is a non-guaranteed method of shipping. Made In Oregon is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or otherwise missing. US Postal packages are normally delivered within 3 to 5 days. However, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Are all of your products really made in Oregon?
We source our products from local artisans, farmers, fishermen, winemakers, brew masters, and many other Oregon based businesses. We carefully select our products to make sure they embody the Oregon sprit of adventure, creativity, quality and to be earth friendly. All of our products have either been grown, caught, crafted, designed or inspired by a neighbor Oregonian.
Do you guarantee the quality of your products?
Absolutely! We are so confident of the exceptional quality of our products that we guarantee each and every item. If you are not satisfied, just call our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order and we will take care of the problem. You're welcome to exchange any product for something different. We will gladly issue a refund with proof of purchase. However, we cannot guarantee orders for which we are given an incorrect or incomplete address. If you send perishables to a warm climate region (temperature over 70F), please use Express shipping. Some areas at higher temperatures may require using a Cold Pack. The surcharge for the Cold Pack is an additional $10. Perishables that are not shipped via our recommended method cannot be guaranteed.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Call Customer Service within thirty (30) days of receiving your shipment for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund excluding any shipping charges. During holidays, returns will be accepted up to 14 days past the holiday date. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. Food and drink items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Why can't I add items to my shopping cart?

Can I ship to several recipients in an order ?

We place a high priority on the speedy processing of your order. It begins immediately after you complete your purchase. By the time your order has been placed, it has already started its long journey to your house.
