Apocalypse IPA: 10 Barrels Brewing 22oz:
Silver Medal - 2011 World Beer Championships. A Northwest American-Style India pale Ale. The color comes through as a deep gold with orange hues. Fruity and citrusy hop aroma shines, with hints of pine resin. The four hop flavor dominates, re-enforcing the aroma with more citrus, fruity and piney notes. The malt character is clean and smooth with a unique toasted flavor (thanks to the generous helping of Victory malt), all held together by a firm bitterness. Apocalypse has a medium-bodied mouth feel, finishing crisp and dry. Malts: 2-row Pale, Victory, Crystal, Hops: Horizon, Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade, ABV: 6.5%, IBU's: 65.
Watershed IPA: Oakshire Brewing 22oz:
A Northwest style India Pale Ale highlights the flavors and aromas of Oregon's best hops. Crisp, clean, dry and refreshing, this dry hopped IPA is very smooth and easy to drink. ABV: 7.1%, IBU's: 75.
C-Note Imperial IPA: Lompoc Brewing 22oz:
To call C-Note very hoppy India Pale Ale would be an understatement. It's brewed with the seven "C" hops (Crystal, Cluster, Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, Columbus and Challenger) and pushes the bitterness limit to 100 International Bitterness Units. ABV: 6.9%, IBU's: 100.
Nice Rack IPA: Southern Oregon Brewing 22oz:
This India Pale Ale from Southern Oregon Brewing is a crisp and classic Northwest-style IPA. Approachable malt backbone invites the finishing citrus and floral hop notes. ABV: 5.5%, IBU's: 65.
