Shopping CartThe shopping cart is where you can see what items you are going to order, the quantity of the items, and the price of each of those items. In addition to checking out from this page, you can also change the quantity of the items, estimate, shipping cost, or enter a coupon code (if you have one). Here is a breakdown of what is on the page. Reference the Alphabet in the image with the corresponding description below:
A. Quantity Box - Change quantity of item. B. "Update item" - Update the quantity of an item once a new number is input into the box in "A." C. "Delete Item" - Remove the item from your cart. D. "Subtotal" - The subtotal of your order. This does not include any shipping cost, handling fees, or discount coupons. E. "Estimate shipping cost" - Clicking on this link will bring up a box that will allow you to estimate the shipping cost based on the state and zip code you enter. F. "Update Cart" - If you are changing quantities on more than 1 item, you can click this link to update all the items at once. G. "Clear Cart" - Remove all items from your shipping cart. H. "Checkout" - Click here to continue the checkout process to place your order. I. "Coupon Code" - If you have a coupon code, enter it here and click "Submit" J. "Submit" - Submit the coupon code entered in "I." |

Signing InOn this page, you can either log in to an account you have already created, or sign up for a new account.
A. "Email" - Enter the email address you created an account with previously. B. "Password" - Enter the password you created previously. C. "Submit" - Submit the email address and password to continue with the checkout process. D. "Forgot password?" - If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, click this link. It will take you to a new page, where you can enter your email address and be sent a link to reset your password. E. "New customer? Creating a New AccountIf you have not created an account with us before, or want to create a new account, fill out the information on this page to create your account.
A. "Company" - If this is a business account, enter a company name. B. "First Name" - Your first name. C. "Last Name" - Your last name. D. "Address" - The first line of your address. E. "Address line 2 or Apt #" - The second line of your address, or apartment number, if you have one. F. "City" - Your city. G. "State" - Your state. H. "Country" - The country you live in. I. "Zip/Postal Code" - The zip or postal code for your address. J. "Phone" - Your phone number. K. "Fax" - Your fax number. L. "Ship to a different address" - If this order is going to a different address, please check this box. The form will expand with an option to add a different shipping address. If you are shipping to multiple addresses, you will have the opportunity to enter more addresses later in the process. M. "Email" - Your email address. N. "Password" - Your password. O. "Confirm Password" - Please retype your password to make sure you have the right password entered. P. "Submit" - Submit the information to create an account and continue with your checkout. |

Shipping InformationThis page is where you check and confirm your shipping and billing information, your delivery method, and the date you want the item to leave our warehouse.
A. "Shipping Address" - This is the address the item will be shipped to. B. "Click here to Change Address" - If you need to change the shipping address, click here to do so. For more information on this step, go to the Changing Addresses section. C. "Ship to multiple addresses" - If you are sending items to multiple recipients, please click here. For more information on this step, go to the Shipping to Multiple Addresses section. D. "Billing Address" - This is the billing address for the order. E. "Click here to Change Address" - If you need to change the billing address, click here to do so. For more information on this step, go to the Changing Addresses section. F. "Delivery method" - Select your desired delivery method. The delivery date shown is only an estimate, factors such as weather, incorrect addresses, or product availibility may affect the delivery times. G. "Select a futre ship date" - If you want the item to be shipped later, please enter the date you want the item to ship. The date selected is the date that the item will physically ship from our warehouse, not the date the item will arrive at the recipient's address. For delivery times, please refer to our Shipping Policies page to see how long delivery will take. H. "Payment Method" - This displays the payment methods we currently accept. Right now, we accept credit cards. I. "Continue" - Click here to continue with your checkout. |

Changing AddressesThis section will walk you through changing addresses. First is to select whether to edit, add, or select and address.
A. "Edit address book" - To edit entries already in your address book, click this link. B. "Add new address" - To add new addresses, click this link. C. "Select existing address" - To select an address already existing in your address book, click on the dropdown box and select the correct address. If you are adding a new address, a window pops up, which will allow you to enter all the address information.
D. "Use as default billing address" - Check this box if you want this address to be stored as your default billing address for future orders. E. "Use as default shipping address" - Check this box if you want this address to be stored as your default shipping address for future orders. F. "Save" - Save the address into your address book for use in this and future orders. Once you click the "Save" button, if UPS detects there are problems such as missing the last 4 digits of the ZIP code, incorrect street address, etc, you will be taken to the UPS Address Validation screen. G. "Back" - Exit the address entry screen without saving any of the entered information. |

UPS Address VerificationIn order to ensure your order arrives at the right address without delays, we utilize the UPS Address Validation tool to check and make sure addresses are correctly input. This helps reduce delays in processing and delivery, since if we do not have a valid address, we may have to call you back to double check the address or UPS may require more time to find the correct address for delivery, delaying the shipment even further.
A. UPS provides the address they find in their database that they believe is the correct address. Sometimes, this may only be one address, other times, they can return significantly more. If you find that a provided address looks correct, click on the address and click the update button. B. "Update" - Click on the Update button to update the address to the one provided by UPS. This button will not appear until an address provided by UPS has been selected.
C. "Keep Current Address" - If none of the addresses provided by UPS look correct, or if you want to keep the address you previously entered, click the "Keep Current Address" button. This button will dissappear and be replaced with an "Update" button once you click on an address provided by UPS. |

Review OrderThe "Review Order"page contains all your order details and information. Here you can review to make sure the quantities, total, delivery method, addresses, and more are correct. You also have the option of inputting a gift message for the recipient.
A. "Delivery Method" - To change the delivery method, click the the delivery method displayed and you will be taken to change the delivery method. B. "Click here to Change Address" - If you need to change the address displayed, click here to do so. C. "Change payment method" - Click here to change the payment method. Since we currently only accept credit cards, there will be nothing you can change if you click this link. The D. "Gift Message" - If you want to input a gift message for the recipient, enter the message here. The message is limited to 190 characters. If you enter more, the excess characters will be cut off from the gift message. E. "Sign Up for Exclusive Email Offers" - Leave this box checked if you want to subscribe to our email newsletter and be notified of sales, specials, coupons, and other information. F. "I accept the "Terms & Conditions" and "Privacy Statement" - Click here to accept the terms, conditions, and privacy statement. G. "Enter Payment" - Click here to continue your checkout process and enter your credit card information. |

Credit Card DetailsThis is the page to enter your credit card information.
A. "Credit Card Type" - Select the type of credit card you are using. B. "Credit Card Owner" - Enter the name listed on the credit card. This field defaults to the name in the billing address, but can be changed if the name on the card if different. C. "Credit Card Number" - Enter the credit card number in this field. D. "Credit Card Expiration Date" - Select the expiration date on your credit card. E. "CVV2" - This is the security code on your card used to verify that the card is in your possesion. This is either a 3 digit number on the back of Visa and Mastercard credit cards, or a 4 digit number on the front of an American Express card. We ask for this information for your safety and protection. F. "Back to cart" - Click this button to go back to your cart in case changes need to be made. G. "Submit" - Click this button to submit your credit card information and place your order. Once you click this button, your order will be complete. You will be taken to a receipt page, as well as be emailed an order confirmation. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent once the item ships. |
